• Seniors draw Killimordaly in relegation battle.
  • Carnmore news Thanks to everyone who supported our Fundraising night in Grealish's Bar on Fri last 27th August. Our apologies for the short notice of the event, but due to unforeseen costs for equipment we had to arrange the event. Monies raised will go towards the leasing of pitches and future events planned over the coming months are to raise money for additional development of facilities.
  • Our next event for your calendar will be Halloween Night Fancy Dress at Grealish's on Sat 30th October. Get your costumes sorted now - prizes on the night for the best costumes. Music on the night will be provided by DJ Daniel Fox. More info to follow.
  • On the hurling field:
  • Senior Training ongoing in preparation for our next game with the players all committed and working very hard
  • . Junior C's had a strong win over Sylane in Junior C Shield game on Sun evening in Athenry. Great team performance from all the players.
  • U15's played Annaghdown U16 team on Fri evening in a friendly and had a good win after a tough game.
  • U8's continued their winning ways in Abbeyknockmoy on Friday evening also.
  • U10's travelled to Abbeyknockmoy Mon evening in Go Games Tournament
  • U12's played Moycullen at home and had a good win. Great to see all the panel available for the game.
  • Coaching: Over the next 2 weeks we are planning to commence a pilot coaching program in Carnmore School initially. An additional plan is to commence in October (first Sat of every month) to develop skills of defensive and forward play. If you would are interested or know of someone who might be interested in becoming involved in either of the above (training would be provided) please contact Declan Walsh 087 6924210
  • It is planned to have a rota system in place with only an hour of your time required for coaching / and or Supervision.
