Minor Championship victory: Carnmore Minors defeated Oranmore/Maree in the third round of the championship. The team were on top for all of the game. Oranmore had a strong revival, but this was not enough as the lads finally got a result that they deserved. The team were best served by Danny Cummins, Mickey Caulfield, Donal, Daniel and Paul Fox and Martin Talbot. Final score Carnmore 4-10 Oranmore/Maree 0-13.Manager: Murty Killilea
